Sample day on retreat looks like this....

08:00-09:15    Pilates or Yoga practice 

09:30 - 10:30  A hearty breakfast

10:30-13:00    Your personal retreat time for treatments, walking, cycling, `

                        exploring the surrounding area or time to rest.

13.00               Lunch

17:00-19:00    Evening Practice (Yoga or Pilates)

19:00               Dinner

21:30-22:15     Yoga Nidra 

Practical Info

Your retreat includes:

  • Free transfer from Chalais train station. The airport is a 75 minutes journey and affordable transfers by car can be arranged

  • Comfortable accommodation for 4 nights including luxury touches such as Egyptian cotton bedding and Faith in Nature products.

  • Daily housekeeping

  • Exclusive use of the salt water swimming pool and all facilities

  • All food: 3 delicious freshly prepared meals daily - a hearty late breakfast & dinner. Light lunch & snacks available. All dietary requirements will be catered for some incure an extra charge)

  • Morning and evening sessions. The first class will be on Friday evening & the last on Tuesday morning 

  • Yoga & Pilates mats, blocks, belts, bolsters & straps
     

Additional extras can be arranged including wine tasting tours, horse riding, walks, massages, bike hire and a day trip to neighbouring Aubeterre-Sur-Dronne. 

The price:

£600 per person sharing & £700 for a single room. Travel is not included.
