Five blissful days in the French countryside filled with yoga, great food and plenty of sunshine. 

This extended yoga and wellness retreat will gift you with deep rest, uplifting yoga, nourishing food, unlimited sunshine and a priceless chance to press pause on your daily life.


You will experience five magical days and four restful nights of twice-daily yoga classes, relaxing by the pool, reading your book in a sunny garden nook, eating delicious, healthy home cooked food, having soulful conversations with new friends, swimming in the saltwater pool, indulging in a massage, borrowing a bike for a cycle through the sunflowers, pottering round the local market, visiting a picturesque neighbouring town and enjoying a wild swim in the river.

Anna is a passionate yoga teacher with a soul calling to share this beautiful practice with people like you.

She specialises in creating nurturing, friendly, inclusive spaces for you to enjoy the incredible range of physical and emotional benefits that yoga provides. You see, she believes that yoga has magical powers!

It is transformational and has helped her to navigate many different phases of her life – from her carefree twenties and the stresses of the corporate working world, to early motherhood, through three pregnancies and the never-ending mental load that follows, through a challenging phase of overwhelm, burnout and a period of unexpected anxiety.

Since discovering yoga in Sydney, circa 2006, it has been a constant companion in her life and over the years she has been lucky enough to practise with teachers in Australia, Thailand, Bali and the UK.

In 2018, during a challenging period of her life, she went to a soul-nourishing retreat and had an epiphany during yoga in a yurt. She knew there and then that she wanted to help as many people as possible to access and experience the benefits of yoga that had supported and guided her over the years.

She completed her Level 4, 300hr British Wheel of Yoga teacher training and her 75hr Menopause Yoga™ teacher training and now helps busy, plate-spinning women (and quite a few men!) enjoy supportive, friendly yoga, always delivered with a smile.
