We offer free collection from our local train station Chalais
-
From Paris it's 2 hours on the TGV to Angouleme and a 30 minute ride from there to Chalais

Bordeaux St Jean to Chalais station is 57 minutes
-
We can book taxis and transfers from Bordeaux or Bergerac airport - it's 1hr 20 minutes. We will even find you English speaking drivers.

We offer emergency back up because we know plans change
Can you tell me more about a typical menu

Seasonal, local food cooked from scratch every day

You as facilitator choose what sort of meals you'd like served, whether meat, chicken and fish is included or if it's a purely vegetarian retreat

All special diets can be catered for, some incur a charge

Lunch is lighter with a main dish and a choice of salads.
Dinner has a starter, main and dessert. -
You choose meals times to suit your schedule.
What sort of retreats do you normally host?

We have had yoga teachers from the UK, the USA, Germany, France and Belgium choose us. and we have all the equipment needed

Our most regular client runs an annual guitar summer school here.

We are a popular choice for meditation retreats because it is so peaceful

Self development schools such as the Hoffman Institute (France and UK) run their programmes with us.

We have returning writing groups (as a writer this is extremely popular with Emma).

We have recently become the designated venue for the Centre for Transpersonal Studies.

We would welcome more shamanic and Family constellations practitioners - as this is a particular area of interest and expertise.

Choose the dates you'd like to run your event
-
You then have 6 weeks to gauge interest before we ask for a deposit. (the price of 2 guests).
-
The second deposit is due on January 1 of the year of your retreat (the price of another 2 guests).
-
Final invoice is due for remaining number of guests, 6 weeks before the start date.
