About the Course

Summer Solstice Retreat in France

The retreat incorporates shamanic traditions to facilitate healing and personal growth. Participants will engage in:

  • Guided Journeys: Led by experienced shamanic practitioners, these journeys will allow participants to connect with their inner selves and the spirit world.

  • Drumming Circles: The rhythmic beats of the drum will guide participants into trance states, fostering a deeper connection to nature and the collective consciousness.

  • Nature Rituals: Guided nature connection experinces through the surrounding landscapes will encourage you to attune to the energies of the earth, enhancing your spiritual experience.

As the sun reaches its zenith, participants will engage in rituals designed to honor the light and celebrate abundance:

  • Fire Ceremony: A communal gathering around a sacred fire where participants will release what no longer serves them and set intentions for the coming season.

  • Sun Salutations: Morning yoga sessions will greet the sun, filled with gratitude and joy, allowing participants to soak in the energizing rays of sunlight.

  • Flower Offerings: Participants will create an altar to offer to the earth, symbolising gratitude and connection to nature.

The retreat culminates in a vibrant celebration of sunshine and joy. This includes:

  • Dancing Under the Stars: An evening of music and dance, where participants can express their joy and freedom under the expansive night sky.

  • Feasting on Local Delicacies: All communal meals featuring fresh, local produce that embodies the spirit of summer and the abundance of the earth.

  • Sharing Circles: Participants will gather to share their experiences and insights, fostering a sense of community and connection.
