Oriental supper
Thai curry, jasmine rice, papaya and lime salad, hot and sour soup
A late summer lunch
of green bean, beetroot and goats cheese salad, lentil and cumin soup, herb salad & artisan bread
A light fish supper of salmon with buttery new potatoes, roasted carrots and something crisp and green from market
Typically French lunch
carrot soup, pate de campagne, a range of cheeses, baguettes, rolls, olives, green salad and grapes
A comforting supper
of local sausages, bashed potatoes, homemade baked beans & toasted caraway cabbage
Spring lunch
pea and mint soup, quiche lorraine (or frittata for the gluten free), green leaf salad, warm baguette
Middle Eastern dinner
spiced vegetable tagine, herb tabouleh, cous cous, baba ganoush, flat breads
Desserts are served at dinner and include sorbets, cheesecake, brownies with cream, baklawa, fruit crumbles, patisserie
Curry night
Green been and potato laksa, red pepper dhal, cucumber raita, chicken tikka sticks & basmati rice
