Head Massage works on areas affected by mental and emotional stress. In Western culture today we spend much of our time in our heads, so this treatment can really help to calm the mind and is surprisingly deeply relaxing. Working with a firm and gentle rhythm it helps to relieve muscular discomfort and tension as well as calming the spirit and aiding relaxation, it also improves circulation in the head, enhances the senses and promotes clear thinking. back and shoulders massage

Massage therapy provides many benefits for aches, pain and tension in the back, neck and shoulders. Firstly, massage helps to relieve stress which may be aggravating or contributing to aches and pains. Massage also helps to increase the range of motion and the circulation to the area which in turn helps to speed up the healing process. The treatment is designed to relax and ease tension in the areas of the body where muscle problems most often occur.
